AML SCREEN (Google Play package com.trustgate.app) is owned and
operated by Post media advertising (the "Developer", "we"). By
creating an account or using AML SCREEN ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
AML SCREEN provides sanctions screening and risk indicators. It returns risk indicators only and is not legal identity verification or legal advice. You are responsible for your own compliance decisions.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and only to screen data you are authorised to process. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the plan you select. Usage limits apply per plan. You can change or cancel your plan in the app; changes take effect as described at checkout.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or suspend features. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
